Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Good drinking. Was packed very neatly. I hope there will be less debris in the water now.
The quality of the goods is acceptable, but there is a couple but. i would say that the bowl is still too big for the cat. It may be unusual after a small bowl, but my cat is enough for 2 weeks, and i'm used to changing water 1-2 times a day. Well, we'll update this one. And the main misconception-in the bowl is not formed the desired puddle of water, which is displayed in the diagram in the description. The gravity of the platform is simply not enough to displace the water. For puddle you need to type a bowl to the edges, so that the platform fell into the upper edge. As a result, the cat barks water from the central hole in the form of a foot. I do not know how comfortable it is for him, but to ask it does not work :)) as a result-the bowl is undoubtedly beautiful, but not exactly what it may seem in the pictures. I hung on the images of puddle :)) p.s. In the photo close-up showed how much in a bowl of water.
